Residential Contracts

In addition our Housing Division offers a complete package to the developer from compiling the working drawings to completion of the Build. We work hard to interpret and understand the needs of the Developer and of their funders. We deal with the Planning Office to ensure conformity, with due consideration to the need for the highest standards possible regarding Health and Safety and Environment issues. In addition we work closely with the Developer to enable the smooth completion of sales.

Our aim in this division is to work closely with all parties such that the Project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
